Terms and Conditions of Service

The True2Hand service is provided by sole proprietorship Daniele Rosti (trading as True2Hand), VAT and Tax Code IT13630950965, based at Via Tripoli 2, 26833 Merlino (LO), Italy. By using the site or the service, the user enters into a contract with Daniele Rosti and declares full acceptance of these terms; continued use, including after any updates, constitutes acceptance. The user declares to be of legal age or, if acting on behalf of a company, to have the authority to bind it. Contact: support@true2hand.com.

True2Hand is a decision-support software solution based on advanced Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision algorithms (OpenAI and Google Gemini language and vision models). In accordance with Article 50 of EU Regulation 2024/1689, the user is informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system and that the report content is generated automatically.

The reports generated, the risk levels (0–100) and the price estimates constitute probabilistic assessments and automated informational opinions. They do not constitute sworn expert reports, legally certified appraisals, or official authenticity statements on behalf of the brands mentioned, and may contain errors, false positives or false negatives.

The user remains solely responsible for their own purchase or sale decisions on third-party platforms (Vinted, eBay, Wallapop). The sole proprietorship Daniele Rosti assumes no liability for successful or disputed economic transactions, non-conforming goods, missed refunds, or third-party account suspensions. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation; implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

True2Hand is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Vinted, Subito, Wallapop, eBay, Meta (Facebook Marketplace), or any of the trademark owners mentioned. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are cited for descriptive purposes only.

The web data analysed may be incomplete, outdated, removed, or altered by third parties: the automated analysis is based exclusively on what is publicly available at the time of reading. Artificial intelligence does not in any way replace a physical expert examination of the item, which remains the only means capable of materially verifying its authenticity and condition.

The risk scores (0–100) and the content of the reports are probabilistic assessments and not guarantees of originality, conformity, or absence of defects. The sole proprietorship Daniele Rosti expressly disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages, ill-considered purchases, counterfeit or non-conforming goods received, missed purchases, and economic losses of any kind arising from reliance on the scores, risk signals, or indications generated by the software.

All payments for the purchase of verification credits or subscriptions (True2Hand Pro) are handled and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (or Paddle Payments), which acts as the official reseller and Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle also handles order-related support requests and returns.

Paddle is responsible for issuing the tax receipt/invoice, applying VAT in accordance with EU rules, and managing refunds according to its own buyer terms, together with our refund policy.

The purchased credit is consumed only once the completed analysis report has been generated and displayed on screen: if the analysis is unsuccessful, the credit is not deducted. The Pro subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the period already paid for.

It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, for reverse engineering or decompilation attempts, for sending automated bulk requests, for infringing third-party intellectual property rights, for interfering with the security of the service, or for reselling and redistributing the reports without our consent. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for the activities carried out through their account.

Motor vehicles and cars are expressly excluded from the scope of the service and cannot be submitted for analysis.

Data access takes place exclusively at the user's explicit request, through server-side reading of the single URL pasted manually. We do not perform mass scraping, do not use automated crawlers, and do not access authenticated catalogues or accounts of the platforms. Before each reading we check the robots.txt file of the source domain. A limit of 20 checks per hour per user applies.

The service, the software, the analysis models, the interface, the texts, and the “True2Hand” trademark remain the exclusive property of Daniele Rosti or the respective licensors. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of use, within the limits of the chosen plan.

To the extent permitted by law, True2Hand is not liable for economic losses, purchases made or missed, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service; overall liability is in any case limited to the amounts paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event. Limitations not permitted by law (wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury) remain excluded. The user shall indemnify us against third-party claims arising from use of the service in breach of these terms.

The 2 free checks are granted once per user. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent this limit is prohibited: duplicate accounts may be suspended.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of a material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of the usage rules. The user may close their account at any time from the settings: upon closure, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy and any unused remaining credits are forfeited, without prejudice to the right to a refund under the refund policy.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile remains competent; in other cases, the court of the seller's registered place of business is competent.
